Shipping Processing Time

Many of our products are made on demand by artist and designers. Although we try to get our product to you as quickly as possible, it can take about 5 to 7 business days to process your order under normal circumstances (this does not include shipping times). Due to COVID 19, we are working to protect the health and well-being of our customers, our communities and our teams. Order processing, shipping and delivery may take longer than anticipated. Please know we are doing our best to get your product to you. We want to thank you in advance for your patience, understanding and your purchase of your SOL-3 Avenue products.

Mask are available unless stated sold out. There is usually a 2-3 business day processing time or less. We're doing our best to get the mask purchases to you in a safe and efficient manner. Thank you for your patience.

$3 Ground Shipping for The United States only.

Ground shipping is usually delivered 5-7 business days after all your items are available to ship, including pre-order items. Some of your items may ship separately. Delivery to rural and remote locations may require an additional 1-2 business days. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Shipping times take longer for Hawaii and Alaska. Keep in mind, processing times during the holiday season can take slightly longer. Global and national viruses and disasters in nature can also prolong shipping times.

Exchanges Only Policy + Final Sale Policy

We have a 14 day Exchange Only Policy. If 14 days have gone by since your receiving date, unfortunately we can't offer you an exchange. There are no refunds. 

We hope you love what you ordered, however, in the case where it’s a little too big or the style just isn't you—we'll send you a new size, color, or style. We require an original receipt or proof of purchase with the item being returned for an exchange. Contact us by email at contact@SOL3avenue.com and we will let you know where to send your exchange item(s). You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs when exchanging your item(s) and if there is any price difference for the exchanged item incurs. Shipping costs are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. The cost of returning the goods, including shipping and insurance, shall be borne by you. To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your exchange, contact us at contact@sol3avenue.com and we will let you know where to send your item. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not be granted an exchange. Only items purchased on the www.sol3avenue.com website can be exchanged. No exchanges are made for custom orders.

If the item is a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the exchange details to the gift giver. You have up to 14 days to exchange the item based on the tracking delivery date.   

If there is a remaining balance on the exchanged item, that is less than the original purchased item, a SOL-3 Avenue eGiftCard will be issued to the email on file for the order along with the purchaser’s name. You can not use a SOL-3 Avenue eGiftCard on an order containing a gift card or eGiftCard.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Final Sale items can not be exchanged or returned for eGiftCards, product or credit. 

Request A Repair Form

If your SOL-3 Avenue Jewelry or RB Collection should require repair, please email us at contact@SOL3avenue.com. You will receive a response usually in 2-3 business days with instructions on how to repair your item. This will include shipping instructions and an estimated cost. 

Beaded jewelry in need of repair after 14 days of purchase are charged a $10 restringing fee for bracelets. Cost of lost beads will be determined per item and charged in addition to the restringing fee. 

Note: Repairs may take up to 4 weeks from the date it is received at our repair center.

How To Care For Your Jewelry

Stretch Beaded Bracelets: Do not use synthetic cleaners, shower or bathe in the bracelets. It is imperative not to aggressively pull the bracelets on or off. Instead, gently roll them over your hand. The copper beads, over time, will patina. This is the natural and beautiful property of copper.

Agate Rings: No cleaners are need for our rings. Simply take a soft cloth and gently wipe the top portion of the ring. Agate should be kept away from other gemstones and jewelry to ensure unnecessary damage or scratching from harder gemstones and surfaces. Keep your Agate Rings away from water. Do not wash your hands with the Agate ring on or bathe in them.
